• Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging evaluation methodologies to enhance reporting effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, funders, and external partners to ensure alignment on reporting needs and expectations.
• Multi-Tasking & Detail Management: Balance multiple reporting timelines while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance in all outputs.

Requirements:

• Exceptional Writing & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and craft clear, concise, and engaging reports.
• Narrative Development & Communication: Ability to frame data within compelling impact stories for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Data Tools: Experience using visualization tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, or advanced Excel for reporting.
• Research & Trend Awareness: Understanding of monitoring & evaluation frameworks and the ability to integrate best practices into reporting.
