Monitoring Analyst Internship in Mumbai at Willis Towers Watson (WTW)

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is hiring for the role of Monitoring Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with Compliance Business.
• Partners (CBPs) globally, to support the wider Compliance objectives.
• An engagement calendar is to be drawn for better tracking of areas of discussion and action items.
• Review and approve areas such as; Gifts Entertainment and Hospitality, Outside directorships, assessing Conflicts of Interest risk; Third-Party Business Cases, and assessing suitability to be put forward for CBP review.
• Conduct periodic monitoring reviews, reporting results to the relevant CBP, and ensuring that all incidents are escalated appropriately.
• Support Compliance Operations and CBPs globally to maintain Compliance intranets (both business-facing and internal team sites), including monitoring team adherence to intranet requirements; supporting to drafting of new content, and updating approved content.
• Perform approval tasks with validation and supporting documentation.
• Maintenance of the workflow tracker and mailboxes to have a thorough mechanism of work incoming and completion along with defined service level agreements, reporting on the status of these monthly.
• Quality of work to be tracked and similarly feedback from the stakeholders, a framework to be designed in collaboration.
• Adherence to this and showcasing management information report.
• Engagement with Operational Excellence to review any improvements recommended/worked upon by them so as not to miss any key controls in the process.
• Adhoc requests to be managed within quality standards and defined timelines.

Requirements:

• Degree level. It is possible that the job holder may also have a relevant professional qualification – compliance, insurance, accountancy, or business.
• Team player with good interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines and without direct supervision.
• Possesses a keen eye for details.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both orally and in writing.
• Commercial awareness – a commercial and pragmatic approach to managing compliance.
• IT literate– knowledge of Microsoft Office packages needed.
• Experience working with WTW SharePoint Online sites is desirable.
