Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring for the role of Modeling & Capabilities - Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build and maintain forecast models and techniques to project sales, demand and market trends.
• Enhance existing forecast models and solutions to improve efficiency.
• Design and pilot new technologies and solutions to address current business needs and anticipate of future commercial trends.
• Provide training on new forecast models and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques, predictive modelling and forecasting methodologies.
• Project management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner.
• We welcome candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any engineering discipline, MIS, operations management or another relevant academic program.
• Proven experience (typically 0 to 3 years) in a similar business analyst role, preferably within the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the biopharma industry.
• Certification or training in relevant analytics or business intelligence tools is a plus.
