Model Vehicle Control & Management Associate Job in Gurgaon at Maruti Suzuki India Limited

Maruti Suzuki is hiring for the role of New Model Vehicle Defect Control & Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and execute Vehicle electricals & electronics-related activities
• Record, analyze, and troubleshoot for DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) issues during new model development trials
• Coordinate with plant for operator skill up/ process improvement for DTC issues reduction
• Identify/simulate and report DTC issues in new model trials
• Support to PE/Production for implementation of new vehicle technologies
• Manage and analyze DTC trends for New and running models
• Prepare horizontal implementation strategy and ensure elimination/reduction of chronic/critical issues

Requirements:

• Know-how of Electronic Vehicle Inspection processes
• Able to understand electronic components (Controllers, Sensors, DTCs, etc) and perform basic troubleshooting
• Knowledge of operating VCD (Vehicle Communication Device), DTC Capture device, multimeter, etc. 
• Knowledge of CAN (Controller Area Network), UDS (Unified Diagnostic Service), KWP2000, etc. vehicle communications and diagnostics protocols
• Knowledge of ECU Software testing such as HILS etc.
• Knowledge of Electronic network analysis tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, etc. 
• Able to drive and operate vehicles under different conditions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excellent coordination skills.
