Model Risk Manager Job in Bangalore at Revolut

Revolut is hiring for the role of Model Risk Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting model owners in conducting model validation across machine learning and statistical models
• Performing comprehensive data analysis and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Collaborating with Data Science, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure models are robust, reliable, and used appropriately
• Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and communicating key outcomes to stakeholders
• Contributing to the integrity and reliability of Revolut’s AI and risk models

Requirements:

• To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
• A predicted or achieved 2:1 grade (or equivalent grade)
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, economics, finance, or a related quantitative field
• Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work with complex datasets
• Basic programming knowledge for data analysis, preferably in Python
• Familiarity with statistics, model development concepts, and risk management principles
• Full-time availability from September 2026.
• Experience or coursework in machine learning or AI
• Knowledge of financial regulations related to model risk (e.g., SR11-7, IFRS9)
• Internship or project experience in fintech or financial risk.
