Mobility Officer Job in Jaipur at Share a Book India Association

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Project Progress Tracking: Monitor and evaluate project implementation in partner schools. Ensure adherence to project timelines and objectives. 
• Data Management: Compile and analyze data from partner schools for organizational reporting. Maintain a seamless flow of information between schools and the organization. 
• Strategic Planning Assistance: Collaborate with the core team to strategize and plan project initiatives. Provide insights for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Partnership Cultivation: Establish and nurture positive relationships with partner schools' staff. Liaise with the state education department for effective collaboration. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and conduct seminars, panel discussions, and training workshops. Raise awareness among school staff, volunteers, students, parents, and state officials. 

Qualifications & Competencies:

• University degree/Diploma preferably in Social Work or Social Sciences, Education, Human Rights or other related fields 
• Able to work independently with limited supervision 
• Good verbal and written skills in English and Hindi
• Determined and willing to travel
