TechDefenceLabs Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Mobile Application Development Trainer!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Conduct engaging sessions on Mobile App Development for B.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc-IT students.
• Teach subjects including Android Development (Kotlin/Java), iOS Development (Swift), Cross-Platform Frameworks (Flutter, React Native), Mobile UI/UX Design, and App Deployment.
• Emphasize both theoretical understanding and practical development skills.
• Customize teaching methodologies based on industry best practices and student learning pace.
• Prepare and update course content, assignments, and project modules regularly.
• Create an interactive and project-driven learning atmosphere for students.
• Explore advancements in mobile technology and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Conduct and support student-driven research in mobile application areas like performance optimization, mobile security, and AR/VR in apps.
• Promote innovation by encouraging students to create functional mobile applications as part of coursework.
• Guide students in developing and publishing real-world mobile applications.
• Assist students with internship, project, and portfolio development focused on mobile technologies.
• Partner with fellow faculty and industry mentors to align the curriculum with current trends.
• Build connections with mobile development firms/startups for guest lectures, student internships, and collaborative development efforts.
• Continuously upgrade skills by attending mobile development seminars, tech meetups, and certification programs.
• Remain up-to-date with evolving platforms like Android Jetpack, SwiftUI, or emerging hybrid tools.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA – with 6 Months to 1 Year experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong development background in mobile platforms with a portfolio of apps or projects.
• Prior teaching or technical training experience preferred.
• Proficiency in mobile development technologies like:
• Android: Java, Kotlin, Android Studio
• iOS: Swift, Xcode
• Cross-Platform: Flutter, React Native
• Understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, third-party integrations, and Play Store/App Store deployment.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Creative mindset to foster student innovation.
• Practical problem-solving and debugging skills.
