Mars is hiring for the role of MLE- Industrial Engineering!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement solutions to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
• Create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to document current and future state processes
• Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights
• Use advanced Excel functions and Python scripts to automate data processing and generate reports
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes
• Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Manage projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
• Provide insights to project leaders & track progress
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of process changes
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Propose and drive continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
• Train Shop floor team on process improvement techniques and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, (preferable Industrial Engineering) Operations Research, or a related field
• MBA in Operations / Supply Chain
• Prior experience in a data analysis, process optimization is a plus
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Python (e.g., pandas, numpy, matplotlib) & Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders
