Tower Research Capital is hiring for the role of ML Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing diverse datasets.
• Design and implement deep learning architectures for large volumes of data.
• Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate model performance.
• Contribute to optimizing and fine-tuning existing machine learning models.
• Build pipelines for monitoring, managing, and constantly improving production ML/DL models.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD (complete) degree or equivalent from a top university, with 2-6 years of experience.
• Prior experience with training, building, and deploying large-scale deep learning models.
• Prior experience designing and implementing sequence and time series models.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps for automating model deployments.
• Skilled in using Linux, SQL, Git, and BASH scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Python with hands-on experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
