MIS Executive (Warehouse) Job in Jalandhar at Awl logistics

AWL is hiring for the role of MIS Executive (Warehouse)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Data Management & Reporting
• Collect, process, and analyze warehouse data related to inventory, stock movement, order processing, and logistics.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for warehouse operations.
• Maintain and update records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP software.
• Generate reports on stock reconciliation, order fulfillment, dispatch, and returns.
• Identify trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Monitor stock levels and provide timely reports to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
• Assist in conducting periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
• System & Process Optimization
• Ensure smooth functioning of warehouse-related software and tools.
• Coordinate with IT teams to resolve system-related issues and optimize data management.
• Support automation initiatives and process improvements in warehouse operations.
• Coordination & Support
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and accounts teams for accurate reporting.
• Support warehouse managers with analytical insights for operational decision-making.
• Assist in compliance with warehouse safety and inventory management protocols.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
