Tata 1mg is hiring for the role of MIS Executive - Customer Support!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources to generate insightful reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to organize and streamline data management processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders. 
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of MIS systems and tools to support business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs.
• Identify areas for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing appropriate controls and protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in MIS and data analytics.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Tableau. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in data management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
