Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update data records accurately in MIS systems. 
• Handle and manage property listings, bookings, and tenant details on the RentOK Manager app 
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. 
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and accounts teams for data validation. • Track occupancy, inquiries, conversions, and performance metrics. • Maintain confidentiality of company and client data. 

Candidate Requirements: 

• Qualification: Graduate (Freshers can also apply). 
• Professional verbal and written communication skills. 
• Presentable and disciplined personality. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications. 
• Ability to work with online platforms and mobile/web-based applications. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
