MIS Executive Job in Mumbai at Secure Debt Management Consultant LLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments to prepare MIS reports.
• Design, develop, and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
• Generate and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, operations, HR, finance, etc. as applicable).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all MIS reports.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Provide insights and highlight trends, variances, and exceptions through data analysis.
• Coordinate with different teams to gather requirements and deliver customized reports.
• Support in forecasting, budgeting, and business performance tracking.
• Maintain databases and ensure timely data backups and documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas).
• Knowledge of MS Access, SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large data sets and deliver reports under deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
