IMS Group is hiring for the role of MIS Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets and models to analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Design and create dynamic dashboards and reports in Excel to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, formulas, and macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide customized reporting solutions.
• Extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to enable data-driven insights.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization tools to continuously improve processes.
• Train and support team members on Excel and Power BI usage and best practices.
• Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1 years) as an MIS Executive or similar role, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables), formulas, and macros.
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and experience in creating dynamic dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience with SQL and database management systems (DBMS) is a plus.
