About this Job
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize MIS systems.
- Prepare and distribute accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations, sales, inventory, etc.
- Analyze data trends and generate insightful ad‑hoc reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot data issues; coordinate with IT for backups, security, and system health
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and train users on MIS tools
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years in MIS, reporting, or data-analysis roles
Technical Skills:
- MS Excel: Advanced—pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas, macros
- MySQL: Basic to intermediate querying and database management
- Power BI: Dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinker, detail‑oriented, and good communicator
