KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports related to collections, delinquencies, recovery, and other relevant metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in collection processes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management to facilitate decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales and Customer experience teams to ensure data accuracy, system enhancements, and smooth functioning.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of collection strategies and recommend adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to data management and reporting.
