Sterling Check is hiring for the role of MIS - Analyst II!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports
- Send the alerts on SLA misses proactively, if any
- Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders
- Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify the market/process/queue by team/agent-wise volume variations and alert the respective stakeholders proactively
- Process orientation, including strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
- Good Communication skills both written and verbal
- Should be very comfortable with handling lots of data & numbers
- Should have a good working knowledge of using Excel
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment required
- Good analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to see trends and patterns in data and translate data into decisions are required
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to problem solving
