MIS Analyst Job in Chennai at Parle Agro

Job Description:

• MIS analysis of functional data (Daily, Monthly, Yearly)
• Monitoring and analyzing daily Sales figures / Retail universe and comparison with Business Plan (ABP) for ensuring the organizational growth
• Presentation for updating Sales Team on various trends of Sales – Brand & SKU.
• Analysis of Sales Trends – Brand wise / SKU wise at State / Distributor level
• Monthly sales reporting analysis by product and category - highlighting variances for the month and the year to date viz. Distributor Sales Analysis & Variance Analysis
• Review Meeting presentation, Preparing reports of query, preparation of Market Information System (MIS): 
• Incentive calculation – Sales Employees / Distributor reward and incentive program. Monitoring the performance of Sales employee
• All India database maintenance of Distributor database, compilation of report – Distributor Attrition, Trend and analysis, Distributor Gap report, Billing efficiency report, Tracking sales and analysis for Distributor under Super Stockiest.
• Stock Management / Indenting / Ageing.
• Will be responsible for Collecting & analyzing information from the market about products for better sale. It will include data collection, data analysis & data presentation.
• SFA project
• Preparing KRA (Key Result Area)
