Paytm is hiring for the role of Mid Level Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Graphic Design:
  • Create compelling designs for digital ads, platforms, social media content, event posters, emailers, presentations, wristbands, physical tickets, accreds, signage, and more
  • Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while incorporating creative flair
• Collaboration and Conceptualization:
  • Work closely with project managers, marketing teams, and copy teams to grasp campaign objectives and target demographics, ensuring unified design and messaging
  • Develop original concepts and designs that resonate with sports and events aesthetics
• Adaptation and Improvement:
• • Modify designs to suit diverse requirements while maintaining consistency
  • Enhance designs based on feedback and evolving campaign needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within sports marketing and events
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital and physical design
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sports and events
• HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute proactively to problem-solving
