Mahindra CIE Automotive is hiring for the role of Metallurgy Shift Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- HT Furnace operation / trouble shooting.
- HT Process monitoring & record.
- Incoming raw material inspection & clear in sap.
- Heat treatment production & planning.
- Shopfloor 5S ,4M sheet ,Tool box monitor & update.
- To ensure Safety at working area.
- HT vendor incoming samples clearence.
- MPI deffect part report generation .
- MPI Process monitoring.
- MPI Deffect part verification & clearence .
- Eddy current test validation & setup.
- Knowldge of CQI 9
- Induction hardening sample inspection.
Requirements:
- Skills:
- Metallurgy sample inspection
- CQI 9
- Educational Qualification - B.E/B.Tech, Diploma
- Experience Required (yrs) : 2 - 5 years
