Zooty is hiring for the role of Meta Ad Expert!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be a strong collaborator with our extended team of videographers and multimedia designers, to ensure that social media posts are engaging.
• Efficiently create & optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads.
• Thoroughly optimize content for publication across various social media sites.
• Timely scheduling of copies for release so that committed timelines are adhered to.
• Be the proud face of the company and have meetings with clients to discuss the type of client’s advertising requirements and confidently suggest social media strategies to the clients
• Have a research mindset that studies the demographic of the target audience so as to to understand their needs and the type of content that will appeal to them the most.
• Should be able to analyze past campaigns and be able to closely monitor the performance of current campaigns to identify the metrics that contributed to the campaign’s success and could be the improvement areas for future campaigns/ social media ads

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in the field of Marketing, Advertising or related streams
• Minimum 6 months to 12 months of relevant work experience
• Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
• In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
• Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
• Analytical skills that can study consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
