Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs and data models in MongoDB.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using MERN.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design and aggregation.
• Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
• Understanding of deployment processes on cloud platforms like AWS, Heroku, or Vercel.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
