Merchandising Planner Job in Bengaluru at Titan

Titan is hiring for the role of Merchandise Planner!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyse product mix performance and project demand for fulfilment
• Monitor Sale vs. stock to ensure optimal and appropriate levels at each door
• Allocate products to each door based on history and guidance from the Category Team
• Maintain a library of relevant data and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with key team members
• Analyse and share results from special occasions, festivals, and marketing campaigns
• Manage preparation and sharing of product capacity plan
• Identify fast and slow movers and routinely consolidate stocks where needed
• Place indents for products as per requirements shared by the category team
• Ensure that Best Sellers and relevant Buffer stocks are always available
• Ensuring the new product and continuous product availability as per the marketing plan
• For New Stores, arrive at the Model Stock based on the finalized Norms and ensure First Indents are placed well in advance to ensure the availability of stocks during the store launch
• Consolidation and rotation of stocks amongst stores based on historical sales, stock capacity & freshness requirements by another door
• Taking care of logistics from the product prototype to the final indent for each door
• Implement Inter Boutique Transfers for Marketing Shoot, Trunk Shows, Previews, and Events and be cognizant of product movement at each step
• Sharing data and insights timely which results in the right decision-making
• Agility in collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring that the brand objectives are me

Requirements:

• MBA or Graduate from reputed Commerce institutes with a minimum work experience of 2-4 years
• Analytical Mindset
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• A high degree of coordination abilities
• High order of communication skills
• High on learning capabilities
• Well-versed with jewelry products, manufacturing techniques will be an added advantage
