Vaibhav Global Ltd. is hiring for the role of Merchandising Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports related to sales, inventory, product categories, and merchandising KPIs.
• Conduct customized analysis and ad hoc reporting as per business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Power BI development team to:
• Assist in the design and development of new reports and dashboards.
• Provide business input for report optimization and visualization improvements.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting outputs.
• Maintain and manage databases and data pipelines related to merchandising performance metrics.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any discrepancies in reports or dashboards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (buying, planning, supply chain, finance) to deliver actionable insights.
• Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within merchandising performance.
