Member- Customer Experience Team Job in Chennai at Her Second Innings

Her Second Innings is hiring for the role of Member - Customer Experience Team!

Responsibilities:

• Client User Onboarding: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders at client sites to gather user datasets and load them onto our system.
• User Interaction: Assist end users in downloading the app on their mobile devices and guide them in getting started.
• Event Coordination: Help organize events at client sites for product launches and user engagement.
• Ongoing Customer Support: Provide continuous support to clients, address their inquiries, and troubleshoot any issues.
• User Adoption Monitoring: Track user adoption rates, generate reports, and monitor overall engagement.
• Travel Requirements: Travel to client sites both within Chennai and to other cities as necessary.

Requirements:

• Fair communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi) for effective interaction with clients.
• A proactive "get things done" attitude to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Vehicle ownership for commuting to client sites in Chennai.
• Willingness to travel outside Chennai as required.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Graduates from Science, Commerce, Arts, or Engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply.
