DailyRounds is hiring for the role of Medical Project Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Learn, research, and be up-to-date about the latest trends in the Medical PG exams, especially NEET PG.
• Understand the scope and requirements of the academic medical science projects and use medical knowledge and editorial skills to effectively manage them.
• Prepare action plans and metrics for the timely completion of projects while meeting the quality parameters.
• Liaising with cross-functional teams (Notes, Q bank, Customer support/care, Tech, Product, Design), managing scheduling and recording, and establishing effective communication and rapport with faculty members.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to exchange insights and enhance medical content and the overall student experience."
• "Work on project planning and day-to-day activities with the technical and medical teams of the Video department.
• Managing & mentoring a team of 5-8 members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members
• Research and be up-to-date about the latest trends in the Medical PG exams, especially NEET PG, INICET, FMGE, Future exam patterns NEXT, etc.

Requirements:

• MBBS degree.
• MBA/MHA (additionally preferred qualification).
• Work exp. of 2-3 Yrs, with experience in any healthcare organization an added benefit.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Great time and people management skills.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Looking for a long-term career in the Healthcare-Tech domain.
