Indegene Limited is hiring for the role of Medical Engagement Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls of patients and resolving their queries from appropriate sources of information (client-defined FAQs and responses).
• Maintaining data hygiene and validating it.
• Reporting adverse events (AEs)/market complaints as per the standard operating procedure. Capture details related to AEs reported by patients in predefined templates and timelines.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to run the operations seamlessly. Attend review meetings from internal leads at regular intervals.
• Responsible for strictly adhering to quality standards for various deliverables as decided by the business unit or client.
• Responsible for participating in assigned training programs relevant to the job & completing client-specific training, if applicable.
• Responsible for building mastery in the assigned therapy area through self-learning and formal training.
• Volunteer in training programs to develop skills in areas relevant to the job in addition to the areas of interest.
• Participate in and contribute to various continuous improvement initiatives or company-driven initiatives.
• Responsible for strictly adhering to quality standards for various deliverables as decided by the business unit or client.

Requirements:

• Life science background with product knowledge
• MICC experience
