Hiring For Business Development Specialist – Devices and Platforms

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Business development executive preferably with relevant experience/exposure in Pharma or Medical device sales. Sales executive will be responsible for business development and sales of medical devices to hospitals and healthcare providers.

Skill Requirements:

• B.Sc or B.Pharm Preferred
• Good communication skills
• Has knowledge of excel and power point with good presentation skills
• Added advantage if executive has worked for 1-2 years in Pharma or Device sales
• Good in inter-personal and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali based on the assigned territory

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with key consultants, opinion leaders and purchase authorities of important hospitals and institutions for business development of Medical Device Sales.
• Manage and achieve sales targets
• Provide support to healthcare providers on device usage
• Create pre-sales presentations to drive account growth
• Frequent Travel within the territory to grow business
• Negotiate with Hospitals for orders to make the devices available at hospital pharmacy and convince doctors for prescription generation
