Job Responsibilities
- Analyze OASIS forms completed by clinical staff and assign the most appropriate ICD-10 CM codes.
- Review documents to ensure accurate and coherent entries in all sections of OASIS forms.
- Extract relevant medical information and apply appropriate coding guidelines.
- Provide ICD-10 coding recommendations based on current coding and OASIS guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: BSc Nursing, BHMS, BPT, or Physiotherapy graduates.
- Knowledge of ICD-10 CM coding and Home Healthcare coding is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in verbal & written communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and logical thinking.
- Freshers with strong medical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
