Schbang is hiring for the role of Media Strategist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and execute integrated media strategies across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic, OTT, and emerging channels).
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform media planning.
- Create detailed media plans including budgets, targeting, and performance benchmarks.
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions with real-time adjustments.
- Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging with media strategies.
- Track, measure, and report performance metrics with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on platform innovations and recommend new opportunities for clients.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in digital media strategy and execution.
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results against KPIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify data for clients.
