Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the media and technology landscape, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, disruptions, and opportunities that impact the industry. Leverage this expertise to provide strategic insights to clients.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and requirements. Design tailored solutions that address their unique needs, fostering strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.
• Insight-driven consulting: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to formulate expert guidance tailored to your client’s business needs. Utilize data analytics and insights to drive informed decision-making. Develop and present data-driven recommendations that help clients enhance their business operations and performance.
• Project Management: Take ownership of project execution, and delivery. Be conscious of timelines to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within Capgemini Invent. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, whitepapers, blogs, and industry presentations that showcase Capgemini Invent’s expertise in the media and technology sector.

Requirements :

• Primary Skills:
  • 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or related roles within the media and technology industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, and their applications within media and technology.
• Secondary Skills:
• • Proficiency in data analysis tools, market research, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.
  • Ability to travel as required for client engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master’s degree preferred.
