Denso is hiring for the role of Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Lead development of new products from concept through production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and quality assurance.
- Create and review engineering documentation and specifications.
- Perform prototyping and iterative testing to validate design concepts.
- Support manufacturing teams during product launch and resolve any engineering issues that arise.
- Support manager for benchmarking activities
Requirements:
- Graduate in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Electrical Engineering
- Candidate must have 2~3 years of experience in the product development field in Automobile Industry
- Strong problem solving - to identify & address development issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication & negotiation - to effectively work with team & present solutions
- Ability to work in team - adjust working style based on team requirements
- Analytical & numerical- to prepare technical document logically
- MATLAB, MILS, HILS
- DFMEA/DRBFM
- Data analysis & make proposal
- Product testing & validation
- EV Component knowledge
