Mechanical Trainee Job in HATHRAS at Ace International LLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in on-the-job training programs to understand mechanical systems, equipment, and workflows.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Assist in performing routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues.
• Help maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.
• Monitor the performance of machinery and systems during production.
• Identify abnormalities or potential issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Provide suggestions for process and equipment optimization based on observations during training.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Record maintenance activities and equipment performance data.
• Prepare reports on tasks completed and challenges faced during training.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
• Familiarity with concepts like hydraulics, pneumatics, and thermodynamics is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
