Mechanical Executive Utility Job in HATHRAS at Ace International LLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor utility systems, including boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, HVAC systems, and water treatment plants.
• Ensure the availability of utilities for uninterrupted production operations.
• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of utility equipment to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in utility systems and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts for critical utility equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs for utility systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and prepare reports on energy performance and efficiency.
• Ensure utility operations comply with workplace safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of utility system performance, maintenance activities, and downtime analysis.
• Prepare reports for management on equipment efficiency, utility availability, and cost analysis.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new utility equipment.
• Support the implementation of utility system upgrades and modifications.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet operational requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and technicians on utility systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of utility systems, including boilers, compressors, HVAC, chillers, and water treatment plants.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and techniques.
• Proficiency in using utility monitoring tools and software.
• Knowledge of safety standards and environmental compliance related to utility systems.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
