Mechanical Executive Job in HATHRAS at Ace International LLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, operate, and maintain mechanical equipment and systems, such as conveyors, pumps, motors, compressors, and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and reliability of mechanical systems.
• Inspect machinery and systems regularly to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Identify opportunities to improve mechanical performance, reduce energy consumption, and enhance production efficiency.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Ensure all mechanical systems and maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Promote safe work practices and provide training to team members on the safe operation of machinery.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
• Prepare reports on equipment performance, breakdown trends, and maintenance KPIs for management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as production, quality, and automation, to ensure seamless operations.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for the procurement of spare parts, tools, and technical services.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating equipment.
• Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other mechanical design software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
