JLL is hiring for the role of Mechanical Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan and coordinate mechanical construction activities  
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications  
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers for mechanical systems  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards  
• Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, structural, Civil, etc.)  
• Monitor project budgets and schedules related to mechanical work  
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks  
• Resolve technical issues and propose solutions  
• Participate in project meetings and communicate with stakeholders  
• Oversee commissioning and handover of mechanical systems  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field  
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager with focus on mechanical systems 
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical building systems  
• Familiarity with building codes and industry standards  
• Excellent project management and communication skills  
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project)
