Mechanical Engineer Job in Bengaluru at MKS Industrial Solutions

MKS is hiring for the role of Mechanical Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Modelling, design, and development of complex mechanical and opto-mechanical systems
• Complete documentation of designs conforming to MKS documentation standards including detail and assembly drawings, BOMs, design review presentations, and reports
• Apply GD&T and best practices for material selection, design trades, and tolerance studies
• Perform fundamental thermal/structural analyses to inform design decisions

Requirements:

• 3D CAD experience with SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM, AutoCAD preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with mechanical and electrical hardware designs and ability to build and test prototypes
• Experience with new product development and Engineering Change Order processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Preferred opto-mechanical product experience
