Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple product design & development projects.
• Conduct design calculations, DFMEA, DVPR, and generate technical reports.
• Evaluate and revise designs for compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Perform RCA for field failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate globally to improve product quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and review their deliverables.
• Perform FEA for product design and RCA as needed.

Requirements:

• B.Tech. in Mechanical from a Tier-1/2 institute with 2–8 years of experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical product design.
