Cundall is hiring for the role of Mechanical Engineer!!
Responsibility:
- Work on the design of various projects in the MENA region and internationally, collaborating with leading developers and clients.
- Prepare concept to detailed engineering designs and calculations for projects in sectors such as commercial offices, retail, shopping malls, education, hospitality, and healthcare.
- Leverage first-hand experience on Middle East projects and ensure compliance with local authority regulations.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from various disciplines to achieve project goals.
- Assume increasing levels of responsibility and autonomy as professional skills develop.
- Participate in professional development and support towards achieving Chartership.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng).
- Relevant experience in a Mechanical Engineering role within a building services context (ventilation, cooling and air conditioning, heating systems, etc.).
- Experience in detailed coordination with other design disciplines.
- Proficiency in relevant design software, including CAD (Computer Aided Design), Revit, HAP (Hourly Analysis Program), and IES (Integrated Environmental Solutions).
- Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
- Proven initiative in overcoming challenges and problem-solving.
