Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design of complete sheet metal enclosure (3D design and manufacturing 2D drawings)
• Visit supplier and manufacturing plant for prototype development 
• Handle all design-related activities from product requests to prototype development
• Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of drawings and other documents

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of sheet metal design and sheet metal working processes
• Knowledge of 3D design and 2D drafting using CREO or any other CAD software
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy to deliver manufacturing drawings and other documents
• Experience in the design of sheet metal enclosures for indoor applications
• Knowledge of enclosure design considering dust and water Ingress Protection
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Preferred:

• Hands-on Experience in sheet metal prototype development 
• Knowledge of busbar design considerations
• Ability to work independently with least supervision
