Mahindra is hiring for the role of Customer Care Manager-Africa (FES IO)!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Work with cross-functional teams such as Antenna, RF design, ID, and Board design engineers
  in product development
• Antenna, IP67 outdoor/ indoor enclosure and accessories development
• To develop new suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and schedule
• To review the concept considering the thermal and structural aspect
• BOM and assembly drawing generation. Cost estimation knowledge is required.
• Inspection and quality check of the mechanical parts.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of regulatory compliance requirement such as UL.
• Good understanding of tools such as Pro-E and Solidworks.
• Good negotiation skills to achieve low cost and continuous cost/quality/process improvement.
• Good knowledge of plastic/Sheet metal/die cast material selection
• Experience Plastic injection moulding/sheet metal/die casting.
• Ready to travel occasionally to meet vendors/customers.
• People and project management experience is required.

• Adherence to quality management system
