Valeo is hiring for the role of Mechanical Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand and Contextualize PCF Assessment Requests
• Grasp the specific requirements and context surrounding PCF (Product Carbon Footprint) assessment requests.
• Prepare PCF Inputs for Assessment
• Compile and organize the necessary data and information required for the PCF assessment process
• Update PCF Inputs for Assessment
• Review and amend PCF inputs as needed, ensuring completeness and accuracy for the assessment
• Identify PLM Product References for all Variants
• Locate and establish the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) product references associated with each product variant
• Create exploded CAD Views for Product Variants
• Generate and develop exploded views of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files for all product variants to enhance visualization
• Prepare PLM EBOM (with Weights) for Product Variants
• Construct the Product Lifecycle Management Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM), incorporating weights, for all product variants
• Gather the Product Lifecycle Management Approved Manufacturers List Bill of Materials (AML BOM) for each Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA)
  Collection of Bare Board Data for Each PCB
• Collect comprehensive data and specifications for bare printed circuit boards associated with the products
• Identify IMDS Numbers for Product Variants
• Determine and document the International Material Data System (IMDS) numbers about each product variant
• Identify and document the power source specifications in watts for the products.
• Gathering selling prices per product in euro
• Collect and record the selling prices for each product, denoted in Euros
• Identify production site for products
• Identify and document the specific production sites where the products are manufactured
