Quest Global is hiring for the role of Mechanical Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and detail pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, piping, pipe supports, and pipe support structures.
• Prepare plant, equipment, and piping layouts, along with isometrics and Bill of Materials.
• Collaborate with the Drafting/Design team to develop 3D models, fabrication, and erecting drawings for plant, equipment, and piping systems.
• Document design and detailing works thoroughly and accurately.
• Mentor technical efforts within the team, ensuring technical excellence and quality.
• Review and ensure consistency of methods and on-time delivery of analysis, design, and detailing with high quality.
• Interface seamlessly with cross-functional teams, purchased service teams, and global teams for successful project completion.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of 3D plant modelling software, such as AutoPlant.
• Skills to work effectively with a diverse team of people.
• Ability to be innovative and adapt quickly to new and emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience in the design and analysis of piping systems.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with sound knowledge of petrochemical, refinery, or power plant system design and detailing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills, with the ability to transition smoothly from theoretical concepts to implementation.
