Schneider Electric is hiring for the role of Mechanical Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create 3D models and detailed drawings of mechanical assemblies for LV & MV switchgear.
• Perform 3D modeling and wire routing using SEE 3D software.
• Ensure all assignments meet the expected quality standards.
• Complete day-to-day tasks within specified schedules.
• Take on additional or stretch assignments when required.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical design engineering knowledge.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly methods.
• Knowledge of sheet metal operations and processing.
• Experience in 3D modeling and design using ProE/Creo (Modules: Part, Sheetmetal, Assembly, Drawing).
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
