Key Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, postcards, and digital ads, that effectively showcase our real estate listings.
• Edit and retouch property photos to enhance their appeal, ensuring they accurately represent the properties.
• Maintain and uphold our brand identity across all design projects, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
• Design engaging graphics for our website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.
• Prepare files for print production, liaise with print vendors, and ensure the quality of printed materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends in the real estate industry and incorporate innovative ideas into your work.

Qualifications:

• Solid skills across the full tech stack with interest in developing both backend and frontend software (MERN or MEAN Stack preferred and JavaScript/MongoDB a must)
• Proficient working experience in Node.js, MongoDB, Strapi API, JavaScript, Angular, AngularJS.
• Experience with software development best practices, such as unit testing, code review and CI/CD.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements, providing consultation and technical guidance.
• Be willing to mentor and help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence where needed.
