About this Job
We are looking to hire a skilled MEAN stack engineer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development.
To ensure success as a MEAN stack engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills.
Duties and responsibilities
• Building interactive consumer data from multiple systems and restfully abstract to the UI.
• Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint
• Address and improve any technical issues
• Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems
Requirements
• Previous working experience as a MEAN Stack Engineer for 1+ years.
• BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS , Restify, NestJS, NoSQL, MongoDB, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript.
• Experience implementing applications using NodeJS, NestJS, ExpressJS or Restify, NoSQL, MongoDB, Angular, JavaScript.
• Experience creating front-end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS, CSS.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side.
• Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum one-year experience with MEAN Fullstack paradigm.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
Good to have
• Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applications.
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Experience with cloud technologies also a plus.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Continuous integration (Jenkins/GitLab).
• Strong unit test and debugging skills.
