Valeo is hiring for the role of Master Engineer Trainee - Simulation!
Requirements
- Strong theoretical Knowledge in Finite Element methods and Plastics.
- Self sufficient in theoretical knowledge on the Mechanics, Strength of materials, Design and vibrations.
- Strong practical knowledge on the testing.
Responsibilities
To work primarily on Finite Element Model generation and analysis involve Wiper systems component of Motor, linkage system, Sensor system,Arm and Blades by using the following-
- Static nonlinear simulation within ANSYS WB
- Dynamic linear simulation in ANSYS WB.
- Rheology simulation in MOLDFLOW.
- Interaction with other divisions or units worldwide and establish a strong and intimate customer.
- Guarantee the respect of best practice and standards, establish and capitalize new standards.
- Responsible for finite element Modeling for assemblies and Sub assemblies of Wiper systems
Qualifications - Education/Training
- BE / ME in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute or university
- With a strong background in FEM using ANSYS Linear and NonLinear .
