Master Data Analyst Job in Bengaluru at BlackRock

BlackRock is hiring for the role of Master Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify and maintain master entities and standard master data
• Define rules for configuration of new fund and asset records
• Develop and maintain tools for master data identification and duplication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements, and develop solutions to address business requirements
• Perform checks and identify corrections needed in master data and data delivery process
• Participate in onboarding by identifying entities, and work with different teams to build and onboard new entities
• Support system integrations and migrations, to ensure seamless data transitions
• Work with different internal teams and provide support, analysis and reporting to ensure clear and accurate private market data universe

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree (preferably in Economics, Organizational Sciences, or related Financial background)
• Advanced user of MS Office (especially advanced Excel functions, e.g. V-lookups, Macros)
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, PowerBI, or other tools for data manipulation and analysis is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• 1-5 years related experience in financial services or data management
