Marketing Trainee Job in Pune at Fronius

Fronius is hiring for the role of Marketing Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in planning, developing and organizing advertising and branding policies and campaigns to create market awareness.
• Creating merchandise for giveaways, corporate events and exhibitions.
• Specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting and media placement, within time and budget constraints
• Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information.
• Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.
• Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services.
• Manage social media platform in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist.
• Monitor campaigns and input effectiveness.
• Prepare and run participation of the corporate in events where product visibility is required ( eg. Exhibitions, Seminars etc)

Requirements:

• Fresher - MBA Marketing /Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
