Kilowott is hiring for the role of Marketing Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Segregate leads from Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads based on defined criteria.
• Check the Sales Qualified Leads to assess their interest level and qualify them further.
• Document and update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
• Evaluate the quality of leads based on predetermined metrics and criteria.
• Assist in analyzing data and generating reports on lead conversion rates and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or BCOM a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
